I have checked similar forums, and I have tried the following: The spooler subsystem app service is running on automatic, as it should be. I have tried reinstalling the printer. I have the same question 4. In Chans ideas worked, but it just has to be completed on all computers on the network. Again, thanks. I am getting the spooler subsystem app error at every logon, attempt to install printer, Microsoft Fix it application etc No matter what I try, I get the error. I have deleted registry files, printers, drivers, re-boots etc. I have tried just about every suggestion on the net or microsofts website with negative results.

I am at a complete loss. I had the printer installed and working fine, and I don't know what changed to make it stop working. Before I re-install OS and the painful process of restoring files, I would like to fix this properly.
