Seem like it will do this over and over again to infinity. A myriad of suggestions I have found from similar situations I have found on the web, none with a solution and most pre I have installed for printing from my mobile devices, Printopia. If the PrintFab driver still does the same then at least you know it is not the Epson drivers at fault. I would then suspect the network connection so I would connect the Epson to the Mac via USB, create a new printer for the USB connection and see if this prints correctly.
